Absence documentation

Please provide absence documentation (parent/guardian notes, medical excuses, etc.) immediately after an absence occurs. This documentation can be uploaded to Focus, emailed to TABSoffice@fwisd.org or physically brought to the main office.

College and university visits

Students are allowed two excused visits to colleges or universities each school year. Please provide documentation from the college or university that includes the date and time of the visit and the student's name.

Early dismissals

Students may only be released to individuals listed as emergency contacts in Focus. To obtain an early dismissal, either send an email to TABSoffice@fwisd.org or come to the main office.

Note: TABS staff members will not interrupt TCC classes for early dismissals.
