Recommendations

• Students in grades 11 or 12 who need a counselor recommendation must schedule a meeting with the 12th-grade counselor. Teacher recommendations should be requested through the college applications part of SchooLinks.

Transcript and verification of graduation

• Current students can download an unofficial transcript of their TABS transcripts through SchooLinks. Requests for official transcripts to be sent to colleges, universities or scholarships should be made through SchooLinks.
• Alumni who graduated within the last five years may request a transcript or verification of graduation from the 12th-grade counselor or data clerk.
• Alumni who graduated more than five years ago should contact the Fort Worth ISD Student Records Office.

Verification of attendance

• A verification of attendance, typically requested by a court regarding Social Security or child support after a student reaches the age of 18, can be requested in person or through email from the lead counselor or data clerk. Please allow at least 24 hours to process this request.

Verification of enrollment

• Requests for verification of enrollment forms should be directed to the counselors or data clerk.
• Please allow at least 24 hours for your request to be fulfilled.
• You must pick up the document in person from the main office.
