Central sterilization tech

A central sterilization technician works in medical settings to help eliminate infections, clean tools for surgeries and maintain supplies. A variety of workplace settings are available, including hospitals, surgical centers, clinics and dental offices. Students must earn associate's degrees before beginning the central sterilization tech pathway.
