TSIA session request

You must have approval from TABS in order to take the TSIA. See the steps below for more information.

All examinees must complete the TSI pre-assessment activity before taking the TSIA 2.0 for the first time. If you've never done this, click here.

Step 1: Request an exam session

During the FWISD school year, in-person TSI exams not taken as part of classwork will only be scheduled on Fridays. Those exams will be scheduled for you.

If you're requesting to test during the summer, you will schedule your own exam once approved.

You may not test without permission. Testing remotely requires special permission from your counselor and a member of the campus leadership team.

Step 2: Report your scores

If you test at home or with TCC, you must report your scores to TABS so they can be added to Focus and so your absences can be excused.

  1. Using the instructions provided to you by the TCC Testing Center after your exam, access your scores on the ACCUPLACER website.
  2. Report your scores to TABS here.

If you test with TABS, you must report your scores to TCC either through sharing your scores at the beginning of the exam or through TCC's score-sharing form.
